Hot. Cold. human.
PRML is more than a recovery space — it’s a movement. We’re redefining wellness through cold plunges, sauna rituals, curated playlists, and real human connection.

At PRML, your experience is self-guided—but never alone. Our signature 60-minute hot + cold flow is designed to help you drop in, get strong, and reconnect with yourself (and your people) in a space that feels bold, cozy, and intentionally social.
The PRML EXPERIENCE
What to Expect in Your Flow
Arrival + Orientation
Start at the front desk where you'll check in and receive two towels—one for the sauna, one for post-plunge showers. A Vibe Leader will be on hand to answer questions and help you settle in.
Self-Guided Flow
All Visits Are 60 Minutes. We recommend the following rhythm, but it’s your body, your rules:
15 minutes in the sauna
Quick rinse in the shower
1–3 minutes in the cold plunge (max 5)
Rest + hydrate in the tea lounge for 5–10 minutes
Repeat as desired—there's no "right way" to flow.
Want More Structure?
Keep an eye out for Guided Flows led by our team. These instructor-led sessions highlight either the Hot/Cold physical benefits or the Human/social connection side of contrast therapy.
