  • Yes. All sessions are by appointment only — book online or through our app to secure your spot. Walk-ins are not guaranteed.

  • Each 60-minute session gives you access to:

    • High-heat sauna

    • Cold plunge tubs

    • Stretch + recovery zone

    • Optional guided themes (look for ROOM on the schedule)

    You’re free to move between hot and cold stations at your own pace — or just stick to one. Your recovery, your way.

  • Absolutely. Whether you’re booking solo or as a crew, PRML is a social wellness space. You’ll share the session with up to 8 people — or book the space privately for groups of 6+.

      * We provide towels, showers, and lockers on site.

  • Totally. No experience needed. Our front desk team will walk you through everything when you arrive — and you’re always welcome to ask questions.

  • Yes. PRML sessions are mixed-gender. Private bookings are available upon request.

Cold Plunge | 8–10°C

Challenge yourself to the cold and strengthen your recovery from the inside out.

Cold exposure triggers vasoconstriction, reducing inflammation and muscle soreness by limiting blood flow to fatigued areas. When you rewarm post-plunge, fresh, oxygenated blood rushes back in — accelerating healing and reducing DOMS (delayed-onset muscle soreness).

Plunging has also been shown to support lymphatic drainage, boost dopamine levels by up to 250%, and activate the parasympathetic nervous system — helping your body shift from stress to recovery.

DRIP

Dry Sauna | 90–100°C

Our DRIP sauna flow is more than just heat — it’s performance recovery rooted in biology. Elevated temperatures promote vasodilation, increasing blood flow and delivering oxygen-rich nutrients to tired muscles. As you sweat, your body expels toxins (including trace heavy metals), improves cardiovascular efficiency, and triggers the release of endorphins.

Consistent sauna use has been linked to improved heart health, increased heat tolerance, and even reduced all-cause mortality. It’s not just relaxation — it’s regeneration.

ROOM

Social Lounge + Rest Zone

Where recovery becomes communal. Step out of the plunge, out of the heat, and into a space built for reconnection — with yourself and others. Whether you’re journaling, hydrating, stretching, or catching up with your crew, ROOM gives your nervous system a chance to regulate and recalibrate.

This rest space encourages the shift from sympathetic (fight or flight) to parasympathetic (rest and digest) mode — essential for hormone balance, digestion, and long-term recovery.

What to Expect:

We make it easy for first-timers. Here’s how it works:

1️⃣ Arrive 15 minutes early — we’ll show you around.

2️⃣ Change into your swimsuit + towel (We’ll provide the towels).

3️⃣ Alternate between hot sauna + cold plunge at your own pace.

4️⃣ Relax, reset, and vibe with the PRML crew.
